Where do you draw inspiration from?
I had the opportunity to meet Ron Arad this evening and ask him this question. First his answer was general, “everything from when I was born to 3 minutes ago” also mentioned “Duchamp is a no brainer” but then stated that most of his inspiration comes from his childhood. Again this is what I continue to explore with my current projects and feel that many artists really channel much of their early experiences back into their work. I am fascinated by the inspirations that propel individuals to be creative.
